Depending on your medical results, answers to your surveys, if you get infected/reinfected with COVID, or if you were randomly selected, you may be asked to complete additional in-person medical exams listed below. 

• 6 Minute Walk Test
• Chest CT (Computed Tomography) Without Contrast
• EKG / Electrocardiogram
• MINI Neuropsychiatric Interview
• Neuropathy Exam
• NIH Toolkit
• Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT)
• Rehabilitation Exam (PT/OT Exam)
• Serum B12 and MMA (Methylmalonic Acid) Blood Test
• Smell Test
